我的计算机崩溃了，所以我无法返回许可证Vivado WebPack.I重新安装Windows 10再次安装vivado。

Please assist with the following problem.
My computer crashed recentry so I was unable to return a license Vivado WebPack. I reinstalled windows 10 installed vivado again. I downloaded existing license from Xiling (License Management) page but can't load this license with an error message "Unable to load License Rights into trusted storage..." Synthesis step (ZedBoard) fails with error no license found
Vivado License Manager Doesn't list any licenses under View/Borrow/Restore/Return License sections
