Vivado WebPACK许可证处于不确定状态

Hello,

I have a Vivado (2014.2) WebPACK license that I was using on a Linux machine.  I have to re-build the Linux machine, so I tried to use VLM to return the license (so I could re-obtain it on the new installation with no issues).  Unfortunately, the proxy settings were wrong in VLM so the license return didn't complete correctly.  Now, the license doesn't show up in VLM, so I can't attempt to return it again, but on the licensing web site it shows "Activated Seats - 1", so I won't be able to re-obtain it on the new installation (I haven't re-built the machine yet; I wanted to get the license issue cleared up first).  If I re-download the license from the web site and attempt to activate  it using VLM, I get "Unable to load License Rights into Trusted Storage. The most likely reason is that this reponse has already been processed." Also, it shows up on the licensing web site as "License Type - Node," which I thought I read somewhere on here is incorrect for Vivado WebPACK licenses.

Basically, I'm looking for a way to complete the return or reset this license so it doesn't show as activated.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

(Incidentally, a minor peeve - If your support web site is just going to automatically send a mail telling the requester to get support from the forums, please don't provide a field for people to explain their problem, so they have to explain it twice...)
