Try it...  you have nothing to lose.  Hope the owners of this board design have learned the value of design reviews before ordering boards, including the inevitable revision of this board design.
 
Learn (and test) everything you can from this current board design before you order the revised design.
Errors like these are seldom solitary.  Design errors -- especially mine -- usually come in bunches.

1. Read the manual or user guide.  Have you read the manual? Can you find the manual?
2. Search the forums (and search the web) for similar topics.

5. Students: Copying code is not the same as learning to design.
6 "It does not work" is not a question which can be answered. Provide useful details (with webpage, datasheet links, please).
