Have you ever had a 30-day evaluation license on your system?  This sort of licensing error can happen if your expired eval license is still in the license path and is found before the webpack license.  You should be able to check this from the Xilinx License Manager.

No, i have never had any evaluation license on this host. Below there is a screenshot from VLM, now there is only one license (earlier there was also ISE pack, in "certified" window) from Vivado Webpack with "search order" value 1.

Since the output of xlicclientmgr -v indicates that the license file processed on the machine is untrusted, I doubt whether the license generation process. Is license generated for this machine?

Well, this is the only host, where I used Xilinx software. I used it in license creation process so everything should be ok?
 
On Xilinx webpage, in Product Licensing tab, "Manage Licenses" there is this license, hostname is correct ("Mateusz-PC", as in the screenshot from VLM above). Have you got any suggestions? Maybe can I recreate license somehow?

I have no idea why the license fulfillment is untrusted.
Have you changed your machine hardware configuration? Or have you restore your system as well as license from a backup?

Hello Sean,
after first Vivado installation I was able to run simulation of example design. Then I created own simple project, but an exception occured while simulation and when I restarted simulation whole Vivado crashed. When I started Vivado again no simulation was succesful because of [Simtcl 6-50] license error...
 
I haven't made any hadware changes of my computer as well as I haven't restored system from backup.
 
Is there any way to restore license? I tried to activate it again through VLM, but it says that it has been already processed.
 
I used suggested command and I can see my request status as "Pending" thanks to xlicclientmgr -listRequests command. When will my request be processed?
