不同7系列家族之间有什么差异

你好，
我想问一下不同7系列家族（Virtex7，Artix7，Kintex7，Zynq7）之间的差异。
据我所知，所有7Series设备或多或少共享相同的架构，我不是这个主题的专家，但我到目前为止所拥有的内容结构与DSP宽度，LUT的宽度，时钟分配资源相同
等等...因此，尽管所有这些不同系列（Zynq的处理核心除外）的唯一区别是它们的最小/最大可用尺寸以及Easypath产品的选项。
但是我在许多IP内核数据表中看到，最大可达频率通常会在不同系列之间发生变化（virtex通常是最快的）。

Hello,

I wanted to ask something about the differences among different 7Series families (Virtex7, Artix7, Kintex7, Zynq7).
As I understand all 7Series devices share the same architecture more or less, I am not an expert in this topic but what I had though until now is that they all had the same internal structure as far as DSP widths, LUT's width, clock distribution resources etc... Therefore I though the only difference among all these different families (with the exception of Zynq's processing core) was their minimum/maximum available sizes and the option for the Easypath products.

However I have seen in many IP cores datasheet's that the maximum frequency reachable usually changes among different families (virtex usually beeing the fastest). How come? Do they not share the same architecture after all or is this a matter of the different speed-grades available for purchase?

Also, I wanted to ask if the new Zynq devices are available for purchase and if not, when is it expected that they will be. I have consulted my usual probiders and they don't seem to have any of them in stock for now.
