Does anyone know the solution?  We are migrating all PCs over to W7...and we use these USB II cables.  We are currently trying to get the USB II cable running with ISE 13.2 on our W7 box...the PC doesn't recognize the cable.  This is unbelievable that this is not working...

Does anyone know the solution?  We are migrating all PCs over to W7...and we use these USB II cables.
 
If your systems are currently working well with the Jungo USB driver, it would be prudent to defer the Win7 conversion on at least one system until you know that you have a working Win7 system.
 
It would be nice to know if Xilinx is actively pursuing a more robust Windows driver.

You can try the method below, but if it does not work, you can open a webcase.

Users who experience this issue had some prior release of ISE installed on the machine -- most commonly one of the ISE 12.x releases.

Users have been able to work around this issue by following the steps below. First, make sure that the USB pod is connected.  Next, completely uninstall the current driver (eg, that from the prior ISE release). This should be done through the Device Manager (Start Menu-> Right-Click on Computer->  Properties. Then Device Manager in the upper left).   (  It is important to ensure that Microsoft Windows performs a complete uninstall.)

After completely uninstalling the driver, disconnect the USB pod from the computer. Then, run the install_drivers.exe program from binnt(64). Note that, depending on user privileges, it may be necessary to right-click on the executable and select Run As Administrator.

The install_drivers.exe program will launch an MS-DOS command prompt window that will close automatically when finished. When it is finished, re-connect the USB pod to the computer and try again.

I had to run C:Xilinx13.2ISE_DSISEbinnt64install_drivers as ADMIN to get them to install.
Without admin, the install just failed with no error notification.

I have recently ran into these same issues.  I have taken the steps indicated in this thread to no avail.  In my device manager everything looks good. The Jungo driver is there and is indicated as working.  The programming cable shows up correctly in device manager, but when I launch iMPACT 32bit or 64bit it still doesn't communicate with the pod.  I get a iMPACT:923 error, can not find cable, check cable set up.  I'm currently using labtools 13.4  I have already gone through the unistall/install instructions.  Can someone help?!?!?!

the cable/pod im trying to talk to is a DLC9...is it compatiable with labtools 13.4?
