Windows 10更新后，Vivado将无法启动

现在Vivado将无法打开（Bitdefender也做了并更新）。

Windows just released an update which I installed today.  Now Vivado won't open (Bitdefender also did and update).
It comes up with the famous launcher time out message.  I've commented out the @echo off in the batch files and determined that vivado.exe did get started and printed the first four lines of startup message:

The log file shows that it didn't get much past that point.  Comparing it to log files posted in answer records, the next step should have been checking licensing, but there were no messages to that effect.

Vivado was running two days ago.  In fact, it was still running (from then) when I shut Windows down so it could upgrade.  I didn't immediately try to start it after the upgrade, but a few hours later when I did I got this.
