Hi,
 
First of all, you have to process the received .xml file using the command: xlicsrvrmgr -p received.xml
 
Then the next step is to create a separate .lic file as mentioned in my earlier post.

Thank you for your reply.
 
I tried to run the command : xlicsrvrmgr -p received.xml
But this was the second try. So the below comment was shown.

  ERROR: API function 60009 failed, result 51307
  No stored request for this response
 
  Response processing failed.
  The most likely reason is that this response has already been processed.
  Exit(4) error when processing response.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 
After that, I created the .lic file written the below comment.
 
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
SERVER
USE_SERVER
VENDOR xilinxd
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
 
Finally, I ran the below command to restart.

sudo lmutil lmdown -c Xilinx.lic
sudo lmgrd -c Xilinx_Setting.lic (written above comment) 
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
 
But I can't use this license in Vivado2014.1.

xlicsrvrmgr -cr request.xml
xlicsrvrmgr -p received.xml

If yes, run the command: xlicsrvrmgr -v and share the output here.

Hi,
 
From the output of xlicsrvrmgr -v, I can say that you had created a request to return the license.
 
-----------------------------------------------------------
U if untrusted
. D if disabled
. . fulfillmentType
. . . Expiry Count FulfillmentId ProductId
. D 6 permanent 1 211****** 209******
-----------------------------------------------------------
As highlighted above, D indicates that the license features in the trusted storage are disabled. This can be happen when you create a return request to return the license.
So first return the license by following below steps and then generate it:
 
1. Transmit the Return Request and save the Response file
  xlicsrvrmgr -returnTransaction "request=" "response="     "proxy="host port ]""
     Example : xlicsrvrmgr -returnTransaction "request=/temp/return_request.xml"               "response=/temp/return_response.xml" "proxy="http://proxy 8888""
 
On Linux specify proxy in the format proxy="http://proxy 8888"
 
2. Process the Response File:
  xlicsrvrmgr -p
     For example 
  xlicclientmgr -p c:/temp/return_response.xml
 
after completing the above process, start generating the license.
