It doesn't work. I decided to download an oldest version, but i still have the same problem. Now when i check License Status, many are old: Jaunuary 2015 _ Febuary 201. How can i update its ?

Hi,
 
The license you are having is ISE webpack and you need a Vivado webpack to run simulation using Vivado
 
Please follow below steps to get Vivado Webpack.
 
Start Menu -> Xilinx Design Tools -> Vivado 2014.4 -> Manage Xilinx Licenses
 
It will open Vivado License Manager.
 
Now click on Obtain license -> Select Free Licenses -> Connect Now(If you ahve internet connection) 
 
It will navigate you to the Xilinx Licensing Site and login with your account details.
Under activation based Licenses Section select Vivado Webpack License and click on activate license and generate the license.
License will be generated nad activated on your machine.
 
Now close all xilinx applications and restart Viavdo and run simuation.
You should be able to run the simualtion successfully now.

Have you already generated vivado webpack license?
Only one webpack license will be garbted for every major release.
If you have already generated a viavdo webpack license you can't generate the second license.
 
Please check in your manage licenses tab to see if you have already generated a vivado webpack license or not.
 
Can you post the snapshots of manage licenses tab and create new licenses tab from your account?
