Buying used cal kits, especially 3.5 mm, is a hit and miss affair! 

I don't think you will find an 85033D with a one year warranty and Keysight calibration. The cost of getting cal kits calibrated is very high, and not worthwhile on low end kits. I think my 85052B and 85054B cost about 3x as much to get calibrated as my VNA. 

You might find a cal kit with a warranty and a cal certificate from $random_lab, which is not worth the paper it is written on. 

The 85033D and E are very similar. I think the E has the inductance of the shorts defined, but not the D, but you wont be able to enter them into the 8753 anyway, and they are pretty insignificant. 

I would go for an 85033E myself. If nothing else, they are newer, so less likely to be screwed up.

But I am pretty sure it is the same as the D, except the E has the inductance coefficients L0, L1, L2 and L3, which the 8753 can't use.

With Keysight formed less than two months ago, and the calibration cost over $800 on an 85033D, I find it a bit unlikely that a dealer would have paid Keysight to calibrate an obsolete 85033D. I would ask to see a scan of *all* the pages of the the cal certificate *before* buying. It is far more likely to have an expired certificate or one of a third party lab. I'd hope the S/N of the individual standards are on the cal certificate, otherwise you have no idea if the standards you get are the same as verified during a calibration. 
I have bought two 85033E's, and have a pretty good idea what 85033D's and 85033E's fetch on eBay. I don't think it is worth the while of a dealer to spend out to get such a kit calibrated by Keysight. Sure it will fetch more money, but not enough to make it economic. They are far more likely to pay a lab to put a sitcker on it, and issue a useless bit of paper.

and the comments from Ken Wong, who is one of Agilent's experts on cal kits. If you look through reserach papers, you will find Ken has published a lot of calibration, so he knows his stuff. 

I think the expression "Caveat emptor" applies to cal kits more than most things.

  BTW, I don't think the 85033D has a torque wrench, but the 85033E does. 

You might consider getting an 85052B - although more expensive, you have the gages so can at least do a rough check of the condition of the standards, and anything you mate to them. I think the gages are the most used bits in my 85052B cal kit!

Keysight (Agilent) controls the website now.  This is one of those "Good Old Programs" for the PC.  I have it running on a Windows 7 PC and talking to my 8720ES.   All the standard Agilent Cal Kits are in there along with the ability to generator your own.

If you go used, stay with a quality company (ElectroRent, MicroLease etc).
