If you have a Ecal with male and female connectors but your device is all 3.5 mm female connectors, you can use the Unknown Thru calibraiton method to compensate for the effects of the 3.5 mm female-female adapter. In Unknown Thru Cal, you do a one-port cal on port 1 with the Ecal female port, then a one-port cal on port 2 with the Ecal female port, then a Thru (3.5 mm f-f adapter) calibration with port 1 and 2. The Thru only needs to be reciprocal (S12 = S21), and all the 12 error terms can be calculated. You can refer to the ENA help to know how to use Unknown Thru cal in ENA.
