I dont think I can get any sleep tonight and I would really appreciate if anyone could help me please. Also, seems to me like all of the errors are related to the power of the instrument. Maybe a power calibration might help? I am not an advanced user and have never done something like this before. So before I stick my head into, I would like to get some advice. In a fully loaded box there are 3 identical sythesizers. There have been two design revs in the last 9 years (one to improve phase noise below 500 MHz, helped a lot, and one for use with THz applications), but as jvall says, there are a lot of components between the the synth and the front panel. The only thing I can think of is if the box was recently moved (and dropped) then it might be a board could unseat from it's slot, and so reseating it can fix such an issue. But if it's a newer serial number, that issue was corrected by adding screwed-in-place clamp in addition to the locking clamp, so we don't see that either. |
