Hp8753启动出现“致命错误内含”的消息

嗨，我很幸运，因为几年前我买了一台价格不错的HP8753A但是现在，我的网络分析仪出了问题。
（错误消息）当我启动它时，在自检（消息OK）之后，屏幕会冻结此消息“FATAL ERROR INTR”，并且分析仪重新启动。
有时，相同的默认值会在几分钟内出现几次。
（5分钟内3或4次）然后，我可以工作。

。
。
30分钟或1小时此消息再次出现（并重新启动）有人检测到相同的默认值？
什么是有缺陷的组件？
就在此消息出现之前，屏幕上似乎有一个闪光灯，但我不确定我是否有技术手册，电子和RF方面的良好知识如果你有想法解决并保存我的HP8753A，请告诉我我使用

  Hi,  
I'm lucky because I have bought a HP8753A with a good price, few years ago
But now,I have a problem with my network analyser. (error message )
When I start it, after its self test ( message OK ) , the screen freezes with this message " FATAL ERROR INTR", and the analyser reboots.
Sometime, the same default appears several time in few minutes. ( 3 or 4 times in 5 minutes)
And after that, I can work . . . . 30 minutes or one hour
And this message reappears again ( and it reboots )

Someone has detected the same default ? And what it the defective component ?
Just before this message appears, it seems have a light flash on the screen, but I 'm not sure

I have the technical manual, good knowledge in electronic and RF
If you have an idea to solve and save my HP8753A , tell me  
I uses it frequently . . . I I can't buy a new one
