I do have an issue that I am trying to resolve. This is more of an implementation issue with Vivado. I am attempting to add debug cores to my design with ILA cores and probes. Upon implementation of the design I received the following error:

[Chipscope 16-119]   Implementing debug core dbg_hub failed.
    ERROR: [Chipscope 16-111]   License check failed for Vivado Analyzer Feature - aborting debug core implementation.

The license file shows that the "Expiration Date" is permanent, though the "Version Limit" is 2016.05. I have attached the "environmental report" also that shows the version of the Analyzer and Chipscope are outside the version limit range.

How can I resolve this issue, considering we have a permanent license?
