Sorry to give this answer, but NUC8I7HVK  is not supporting Blu-ray UltraHD /HDR!
The limitation is built into the HW, HDMI interface must be connected to a Intel Graphic circuit to this format to work with Blu-ray UltraHD/HDR .
One of the demanding requirements on the HW to get Blu-Ray Ultra HD to work.
In NUC8I7HVK HDMI interface is connected to the AMD Graphics circuits., see Technical Specification for NUC.

Neither you can play 4K/HDR on Youtube as the AMD Graphics does not support the VP9 Codec. The maximum is 1080P.
