I am using the 66319D as the power source and recording current consumption using the 14565B software in data logging mode. My issue is that the sleep current for the device is ~ 40uA while it's peak TX current is ~1.8A. Unfortunately I have been unable to configure my test rig to accurately measure both of these currents extremes during the operational cycle. If I configure the 66319D for low current mode (1A) then the sleep current is rubbish (measure 40uA at roughly -20uA). Does anyone know if there is a way to measure such extreme current ranges with these devices? |
