First I set auto attenuation, then auto RBW, then I set the frequency (either start/stop or center/span), then I set the attenuation, then reference level (since that must happen after attenuation) and scale, then RBW and VBW. The auto attenuation fixes my IF overloads if I go from a strong signal to a small one. The auto RBW fixes the meas uncal error. Now my spur search is working...I'll have to revisit all my other tests to make sure I didn't break something by changing the order of commands. |
