Now that we've got that out of the way...
 
The answer to this question is exactly the same as the answer to your previous one: the FPGA is non-volatile so you can just replace it. If that doesn't work, you will need to replace the memory chip (or whatever is feeding it configuration data), and copy the contents across using a method appropriate for the chip. A microcontroller would normally do the job nicely.
 
To forestall future questions: for every Xilinx FPGA that you come across, with the exception of the Spartan 3AN, the same answer applies. The only trick is that some of the newer ones can use encryption and are therefore not directly replaceable unless you have the original project available.
