这取决于您拥有的许可证类型。
Xilinx提供两种类型的许可证，即1）。
节点锁定许可证2）。
浮动许可证
如果你有一个节点锁定许可证，那么你可以重新生成/修改节点锁定许可证3次。（节点锁定许可证=> 3次）
浮动许可证可以重新生成/修改5次。
（即浮动许可证=> 5次）
一旦超过再生限制，您将无法再生它。
如果您想再次尝试再生，可能需要联系客户服务部。
因此在更改新的u***到以太网适配器的同时重新生成许可证时要注意这一点。

It depends on the type of license you have.  Xilinx provides two types of Licenses namely, 1). Node Locked License 2). Floating License

If you have a Node locked license then you can regenerate/modify the node locked license 3 times.(i.e. Node Locked license => 3 times)Where as a Floating license can be regenerated/modified 5 times. (i.e. Floating License => 5 times) Once you exceed the regeneration limit, you will not be able to regenerate it again.  If you want to get one more attempt of regeneration you may have to contact Customer Services. So be aware of this while regenerating the license while changing  a new u***-to-ethernet adapter. Raise a Non-Technical service request here: https://www.xilinx.com/support/service-portal.html. IN case if you do not have access to raise Service Request then please contact your DFAE/XFAE. They can raise new service request behalf of you. You can get contact details of XFAE from the following link https://www.xilinx.com/about/contact/sales-reps.html. You can get contact details of DFAE from the following link https://www.xilinx.com/about/contact/authorized-distributors.html

I've checked your profile and you do have access to the Xilinx Service Portal. You’d need to open a new SR under the LICENSING section in Service Portal (https://www.xilinx.com/support/service-portal.html). Xilinx Customer Service team will take care of this issue for you.
