         Is the paying VIVADO software includes the license of device xc7k325t?
 
If you pay for a Vivado license then you will be able to build projects around the xc7k325t.  However, it seems you are trying to use the 30-day trial of Vivado, which should also allow you to build projects around the xc7k325t.
 
In order to use the 30 day free trial of Vivado, you first need to download and install Vivado.  Then, go to the Home>Support>Product_Licensing  , where you will be asked to login to your Xilinx account.  Then, click on "Vivado Design Suite (No ISE): 30-Day Evaluation License" to get your free trial license.

First of all, can you please confirm if you are using a trial license or a 30-day Evaluation license, as these are different?
A 30-day trial license allows you to target every Xilinx device and run all Xilinx applications (with exception of bitstream generation).
The 30-day trial license expires 30 days from the date it is generated.
 
A 30-day evaluation license allows you to target every Xilinx device and run all Xilinx applications (including bitstream generation).

• The 30-day evaluation license expires 30 days from the date it is generated.
  
• The 30-day evaluation license is a node-locked license.
  

 
You have also stated this: "I have been building projects around other devices"
To me, it looks like these "other devices" are the Vivado WebPACK supported devices, for which you don't need any additional licenses and that is the reason why you haven't seen any licensing issues targeting these specific devices.  
 
Now, to me, i don't understand why you even need to use any trial or eval licenses?
If you have purchased Kintex 7 FPGA KC705 Evaluation Kit, this kit comes with a free "Node locked & Device-locked to the Kintex-7 XC7K325T FPGA, with 1 year of updates" license file (comes as a voucher in the kit), as can be seen from this link:

Therefore, can you please confirm if you have redeemed this voucher yet or not? If not, then please find this voucher in the kit and redeem it then and this will solve your licensing issue then.

30-day Evaluation license will work for you in this situation.
Have you generated this license from www.xilinx.com/getlicenses page yet?
Please log in and then see if this license is still listed under the Created New Licenses tab. If so, you haven't generate this license yet.
If you don't see this listed, then you most likely have already generated this license and this would be listed under the Manage Licenses tab.
Also, if you open your Vivado License Manager, do you see this license in the table?

As you can see, no licenses listed, that means you don't have a valid license for this.
Therefore, please log in to the Xilinx Product Licensing page as indicated in my previous post and obtain and install your 30-days Eval license. Once done, your licensing issue will be sorted then (well, for 30-day in anyway).
