I cant seem to get logged in to get a service request in.  I keep getting this blue wheel spinning around a magnify glass.

Which browser are you using? 
 
You should use latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or Use Internet Explorer 11 or higher to access SR portal. Also try clearing browser cache.

Please help I can't open a service request, and I reallly need these two floating activation based licenses moved to a new computer.  My old harddrive died and I can not return those licenses.  Please help
