I recently purchased and installed the full EDK license for ISE, and am running it on ISE 14.7.
I am not able to compile code for my Spartan6 FPGA, because when I hit the "MAP" process I receive the following error text:

This failure happens regardless of whether I choose a WebPack or non-WebPack part.  For example, the -150T version also fails with the same error message.  I uninstalled my WebPack license to help debug this issue, so I don't think it's involved.  I only have my EDK/XPS/SDK licenses installed.  So - why am I not able to map against any Spartan6 part?
