是vivado 2014.3更新1还是vivado 2014.3完全安装？您需要下载并安装vivado 2014.3完整安装.Xilinx工具不支持Fyi..home版本。

Which one did you download? Is it vivado 2014.3 update 1 or vivado 2014.3 full installation?

You need to download and install vivado 2014.3 full installation.

Fyi..home edition is not supported with xilinx tools.

Also, curious to know the reason for installing Vivado 2014.3.1 when you have the latest version of tools i.e., Vivado 2014.4

Hello. Thanks for replying. The reason is that I am taking a class and the professor asked for that version of Vivado. 
 
When I couldnt install it, I installed 2014.4.
