Try underclocking the memory to 2133MHz or 2400MHz. Also, use only 1 DIMM (remove the second DIMM if you have 2 DIMMs installed). This helped in similar case in NUC8i7HVK. In order to underclocking your memory, enter Bios settings: Advanced > Performance > Memory > General Settings Memory Profiles - Manual - User Defined Memory Multiplier - 18 (check if your memory is underclocked to 2133MHz or 2400MHz. If not, reduce this multiplier even more ) Save changes and Reboot (press F10 and confirm with "Y"). 2. Reboot computer (with the USB containing bios file inserted) and press F7 for bios update. 3. Leon Edit: Since the CMOS battery is located on board bottom side (therefor it is easy accessible which is very good), please disconnect the the CMOS battery connector and reconnect it after 15 minutes. While doing this the Power Adapter cable must be disconnected too. |
