I am not sure if this is the cause of the problem in your case, not knowing all the pertinent information about your setup, but we actually ran into a similar problem in our own production area where we use IMD measurements and Cal All. We have made a change to Cal All that will allow the user to selectively exclude IMD channels from the 2nd order cal, and the user will also see a more detailed summary of what IMD channels will be calibrated at what frequencies. This change will be available on the next web release of PNA firmware, but I don't have a firm date on that yet. |
