    Yes AC002014 is the correct one.
AC002014 - 9V Wall Mount Power Supply
 
"This product is a 9V, 110-220V universal power supply with adaptable plugs suitable for electrical outlets in most countries in North America, Europe, and Asia. The maximum output current is 1.3A. The output jack is 5mm and center-positive. This power supply can be used with the MPLAB ICD 2, Explorer 16 (DM240001), PICSTART Plus (DV003001), the PRO MATE II (DV007003), and many of our other demo boards. It replaces our standard 9V power supply (AC162039)."
 
For a Microchip Explorer 16 Board I am using the a Hitron power supply, the HES10-09007-0-7.
It is working.
But I would not recommend to use it with ICD4, it got 9V but only 0.75A
The Jack seams to be 2.1mm x 5.5mm.
But perhaps there is someone with a AC002014

    Hi,
I don't have an ICD4, but I have a "Real ICE Power Monitor" (AC244008) and, included in the box, as you can also read on the "Power Monitor User's guide, Appendix C", there is an AC002014 which, I can confirm, is 5.5mm x 2.5mm.
