I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard .
Microsoft introduced Windows Server 2008 R2 at the 2008 Professional Developers Conference as the server variant of Windows 7.
Have 32GB of memory(enough for xcvu065).
There was no this kind of issues with Vivado 2012,2014,2015.

Can you please inform the steps that you are following at your end? I can try to reproduce the issue locally.

Is this issue specific to deisgn? Did you tried with example design?
Also can try using any other machine?

Hi.
My steps to get this error:
1. Build design. (Synthesis->Implementation->Write Bitstream)
2. Open Implemented design
3. Open timing report (Tools->Timing->Report Timing Summary)
4. Select any path in design(For example some path from Intra-Clock Paths)
And Vivado is halting silently. With no error message
5. Open any dcp with placing (placed or routed design)
And im getting R6025 error.
 
After 4th step i can open only synthesis dcp(via "Open Checkpoint" or "Open Synthesized Design").
I had tried to open example design at 5th step also - still R6025.
Cant reboot server now. I will try exdes at 4th step and will try it at another PC later.
