8753ES TRL需要额外标准

就个人而言，如果我要修改一个TRL校准套件，那么我将从一个类似的开始。
我在8753ES固件（我的最新版本为7.74）中可以看到的最相似的套件是85052C 3.5 mm套件。
注意，作为3接收器VNA的8753不能做真正的TRL cal - 仅TRL *。
最好在每根电缆上贴上高质量的6-10 dB衰减器，这样就可以很好地匹配。

Try this
* Power on, or press "Preset" if already on
* Insert floppy
* Press the "Save/Recall" key
* Press the softkey for "Select disk"
* Press the softkey "Internal disk"

At this point, assuming your floppy drive still works, you should get a list of the files on the floppy. 

* Press the softkey "Return"
* Use the knob to select a file
* Press the softkey "Recall state"

that will then load the coefficients into the USER kit.

It is very easy to go wrong with defining the coefficients manually. The menu structure is pretty poorly thought out. I once see a comment that bit was either written by a disgruntled employee or an intern! There are some notes on my website about some of the issues. 

Personally if I were going to modify a TRL cal kit, then I'd start with one that is similar. The most similar kit I can see in the 8753ES firmware (mine has the latest 7.74) is the 85052C 3.5 mm kit. 

Note, that the 8753, being a 3-receiver VNA, can't do a true TRL cal - only TRL*. It is best to stick a high quality 6-10 dB attenuator at each cable, so there is a good match. You should be able to find information about that in the 8753ES manual and/or some Agilent application notes.
