Vivado 2014.2无法将许可证权限加载到可信存储中

Hi,
I have seen several folks having similar issues. But, I am not sure what's the solution.
I have ISE 14.2 installed with a WebPack license. On the same machine I installed Vivado 2014.2 and activated using a WebPack license without issue. I returned this license successfully to activate Vivado 2014.2 on a different machine.

But, after installing Vivado 2014.2 on the second machine, I was unable to activate the license. The License Manager throws the error: Unable to load License Rights into Trusted Storage. And that's it! After that, I can't do anything. I am unable to return the license and re-try it.

Upon reading some of the issues posted, the issues seems to point to some VM issue. But, I have nothing to do with a VM. Both my mahcines are Windows 7 64-bit OS. I am not running anything on a VM.

Has anyone found a solution for this? Xilinx, can you please suggest a solution? This is quite time consuming and lost productivity.
