1. Responsible for the quality from the product development to launch production, ensure quality planning and activity fulfilled,

customer requirements met.

2. Coordinate the preparation of PSQ, prepare Control plan from parts receiving to super control to describe the quality methods.

3.Initiate Product audit, perform product validation & periodic test, drive continual improvement to the product

function and reliability.

4. Handle customer complaints (return, repair, service); coordinate corrective preventive actions to reduce 0KM/

Warranty return rate,ensure the rate within limit.

5.Prepare and issue super control instructions, determine inspections,sampling method and plan,ensure customer

& requirement correctly translated, well training to super control inspectors & arrange their work per production.

6.Check,analyse super control result, make disposition to the outgoing lot, and ensure Actions to Any Super Control

failures(leading to corrective preventive actions), the refuse rate within limit.

7.Communicate with customer, study & understand their current and future needs and ensure customer request

or feedback reach to relative departments.

8. In charge of the yearly testing and issue relevant report to customer.

9.Analysing, ivestigating customer complaints regarding quality, technical and logistic

10. Train the customer team

11. Emergency quality issue following up. Including necessary rework in customer plant

12.Assist the QC pillar activity and push WCM to expand in company

13.Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements

14.Complete work task delegated by higher leader.

1.College degree or above major in Engineering or related

2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in production

3. Knowledge of quality tools ,understanding of quality system (ISO)

4. Comprehend operating procedure in other Dept.

5.Good experience in MAF and qualiy management.

6.Familiar with plastic injection process and common defective - root cause, knowledge of painting will be a plus

7. WCM related pillar's Knowledge and Skills

8. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001

9. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation

10. Good interpersonal skills , strong business sense and team player

11. Good command of English
