100V3仿真器无法连接怎么回事

[tr]新买了两个TDS100V3仿真器，连到TL138/1808/6748F-EasyEVM-A2开发板上，test connection无法通过，显示错误如下：

系统是win10，ccs版本5.5，在win7上也试过了，不行。
驱动确定是安装好的。
工程配置文件设置的仿真器类型也是XDS100V3 USB Emulator，device选的是6748（买了两块核心板，原来的是138，现在的是6748，都试过，不行）。
