Micron regularly updates these, and the latest part version is rev :J rather than :F. Micron's die rev's do not imply any functional change, and I've never had an issue using newer die rev's of the same underlying part in an existing board. So unless you are worried about revision control, you should probably ignore the part of the Micron part number after the colon. -- Gabor |
