Table 5-22 in UG380 gives the configuration size of required for each FPGA. According that user has to choose Flash size.So I am also confirming that XC17v16 PROM is not fit for Spartan-6 LX100T

You can cascade multiple PROMs to store a single .mcs file.

However, what I want to confirm is if xc17v16 is supported by Spartan-6 LX100T or not, as there isn't explicite comments on this in UG380. It seems that xc17v16 is similar to xcf platform prom, but I'm not sure.
