I've checked the mapping log, and the MCS and Block-rams are definitely there. If I look further, I get the following warnings in NgdBuild: NgdBuild - The value of SIM_DEVICE on inxtance '.....' of type RAMB16BWER has been changed from 'SPARTEN3ADSP' to 'SPARTAN6' Could this be the source of the errors? This seems to be from within the XPS project, so I've absolutely no idea how to correct this! There are various notes on how to do this if I can get my hands on the verilog files e.g.: http://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/37595.html But given that it's generated from within XPS, I can't see how to change this parameter anywhere. Any ideas? |

And I'm trying to cut things out to see when things start to work, but it's a bit frustratingly slow. I've verified in planAhead floorplanning view that the RAM's are there, and at the correct locations (i.e. match the BMM hierarchical names), so I'm at a loss as to why it's not working. I've cleaned out all references to the microblaze_mcs, and deleted all non-critical files (i.e. I've copied all the design files into a clean new area and started from there), but that's not helping! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. |
