EDK和ISE Block ram问题

Hi All,

I'm trying to move from a microblaze_mcs to a microblaze full system, so I've generated a core from the EDK.

I'm using version 14.5 of ISE.

The steps that I'm going through are:
1. Open Existing design in ISE.
2. Open XPS, and configure a suitable core.
3. Import new core into ISE (via add-source to add the xmp file from XPS)
4. synthesise design
5. Export to SDK by clicking on the xmp file, and "export hardware design to SDK without bitstream"
6. create board project, bsp project, and application project in SDK
7. write some code, and compile with no errors.
8. within ISE Generate programming file.

Everything works until I get to the end of the 'generate programming file' where Data2MEM gets run.
The error is:
Data2MEM:47 - Not all BitlLanes in ADDRESS_SPACE.

The bmm file looks ok.  I've checked the mapping log, and the MCS and Block-rams are definitely there.

If I look further, I get the following warnings in NgdBuild:

NgdBuild - The value of SIM_DEVICE on inxtance '.....' of type RAMB16BWER has been changed from 'SPARTEN3ADSP' to 'SPARTAN6'

Could this be the source of the errors?
This seems to be from within the XPS project, so I've absolutely no idea how to correct this!

There are various notes on how to do this if I can get my hands on the verilog files e.g.:

But given that it's generated from within XPS, I can't see how to change this parameter anywhere.  Any ideas?
