We un-boxed it and set it up on the bench - then did the first thing every new scope owner does - hooked it up to an audio oscillator and had it display a 1000 Hz sine wave. We went to lunch and when we came back the display was frozen and Windows reported that Infiniium was not responding. A reboot brought it back to life but this is quite unsettling to see from a brand new $20,000.00 instrument. The instrument reports that its firmware version is 04.10.0010.
