we have a spartan 6 board.
It contains 2 memory (flash) and one BPI Nor flash. Now it's booting from the 2 flashs. But we want to disable this two flashs and programm our NOR flash (BPI) to boot the FPGA from this flash. We tried the indirect method with impact but it Doesn't work:

We tried to disable the 2 flashs like this: we took the resistor connected to the reset (of the flash) and we ground it. The 2 Flashs were disactivated but the problem with DONE: it will not be 1 because of the 2 flashs.

We tried to program the NOR flash but this time it didn't work because in mode Master BPI we need to connect he flash_CS between the NOR flash and the right pin in the FPGA. But when we see Bank 2 (or 1 i m not sure) its connected to flash_D15.

Did you undestand what i mean!?

How can we connect 2 intern pins from the FPGA and the NOR parallel flash?
How can we programm from the NOR Flash (BPI)?
