检测到DSO6012A系统问题：已加载默认设置

I'm new on this forum. I'd like to make here a question about an error that appear on my DSO6012A time to time just when turned on in the morning. It gives me the message: System concerns detected: - The default setup was loaded - Saved probe factors were defaulted I updated oscilloscope to last software version and opened it, I measured battery inside and it seems ok. What can be happened ? Error appears randomly only at power on. Is there something I can check to resolve this problem ? I attach photo of this error. Thanks in advance for any help. If the self est keeps failing -> repair at Agilent service center. You could also do a self cal... if i passes, the scope acquisition hardware is (should be) good... then you just have to worry about starting from defualt every time... you can save setups internally or to a USB stick...
