Good morning,

I want to use a XC95144XL CPLD in my project. From there I understand I need to use the ISE design tools. So I tried to install it.The thing is my windows account do not have admin rights. To install it windows 10 asks me to give an admin account and password. I did that and the installation worked well. But then when I try to launch the project navigator it does not work on my account. First I did not have the shortcut on my account so I copy/pasted it from the admin account to my account.
Then when I try to run it the software just does not start, for a fraction of second there is a cmd icon appearing on the windows bar and then it disappear with nothing else happening. But if I try to launch it from the admin account that I installed it with, that works. The problem is I can't work from that admin account I need to work from my personal account. How can I make the project navigator working on my account?

Here are the steps performed in more details:
1) launching ISE install from my personal account which does not have admin rights
2) windows 10 "pop up" : you need admin rights to install it give an admin username and password. I give the username and password
3) installation is working fine
4) copying the shortcut from C:UsersadminAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsXilinx ISE to C:UserspersonalAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsXilinx ISE to have access to the shortcut
4) trying to launch the ISE project navigator from my personal account => The ISE just does not start
5) log out of my account log in on the admin account and try to launch the ISE project navigator => Works fine

I am working on windows 10 enterprise 2016 64 bits
I have 8GB of memory
I am trying to use the version 14.7 for windows 10 of the ISE web package.
