Did you click on " cancel" by any chance?

If yes the try running the thin client installer again. In case if you still see some issue then try downloading the full product  installation from http://www.xilinx.com/support/download.html

This error occurs when the installer finds that there are part of files downloaded already.
In this case, you have two options:
 
1. Click on "Yes" to delete the already downloaded content and let the installer start downloading the the complete content required to install the tool.
2. Click on "No". Installer will look into the already downloaded content and resume from the point where it stopped previously.

But it is not solved yet
Both of "Yes"  and  "No" make exist installation. Nothing happen.
It is important time for me to choose the FPGA.

This issue generally occurs when there is bad internet access.
 
I suggest you to try changing the installation location if your internet connection is fine.
