Hi!
     You shared the big bulky ~10 Gb file. I just want to use web install client for the FPGA purpose.Here, I downloaded again from the download page this file : Xilinx_Vivado_SDK_2015.4_1118_2_Win64.exe
 
Now, I entered my username as dhruvkumaarpatel and password . It let me pass the first step and when I came to the last step it again asked me same credentials. The login and password were auto filled . I just clicked 'login' . It was not letting me move further. after I reentered all the details.The result is same!
So, I think its the problem of authentication. so, this time, kindly review my case finally and shows me the perfect way.
I am sharing the attached screenshot and several log files plus my details for your ease of the solution.

I can easily download setup file! but while installing it asks to enter username and password in the last step.that time it doesn't go to next.also,I can enter my e-mail and password on xilinx.com with success.
