您无法为每台计算机创建两个许可证。
您只能创建锁定到一台计算机的许可证。此时您只能在一台计算机上使用该许可证。
如果要将其用于其他机器，则必须重新托管许可证并再次为第二台机器生成许可证。
您无法在两台计算机上模拟生成或使用许可证。

You can't create two licenses for each computer.
You can only create a license locked to one machine.At a time you can use the license on one machine only.
If you want to use it for other machine you have to re-host the license and genrate it again for second machine.
You can't generate or use the license simulateneously on two machines.

To add to Manusha's comments, the license you received with a development kit is Node-locked Device-locked license.
 
Node locked indicates that the license is locked to specific machine or dongle.
Device locked indicates that the license is locked to specific device on the board.

Since your requirement is to use  Nodelocked license on different machines, i would suggest you to lock the licenese to Dongle which can be connected to any computer. 
With license locked to Dongle, You could use it on multiple `computers (one at a time),

I was under the impression that Vivado uses an Activation-based license, which will not lock to a dongle.  (see last line in the snip you just posted)
 
ISE and most IP core licenses are certificate-based and will lock to a dongle.
 
Also any dongle you already have that is compatible with the most recent flexlm will work.  For example if you have a USB dongle from Mentor that came with a copy of ModelSim, you could also use that dongle to lock your license.  This is how I use ISE.  But I don't think it's possible with Vivado.
