Chipscope Pro试用许可证收到错误

I downloaded the trial Vivado license to work on an old ISE project, and I am trying to use chip scope pro in the design.  When I go to create the bitfile I get the following error: ERROR:NgdBuild:1316 - A problem was encountered attempting to get the
ChipScopePro license.  I assume this is because it doesn't like the Vivado license that I have for some reason.  I was under the impression that the vivado trial license would grant me access to all of these tools for the 30 days.  I looked all over the license manager for something that would enable chip scope pro, but I found nothing but the vivado trial license?  Is there a separate one that I need to use chipscope pro?
