Vee不能正常工作

  You always need VEE Pro Runtime to run VEE programs.

This may seem like a bit of a restriction compared to other languages but in practice it is not - for example Java uses the Java Runtime Environment and even a seemingly exe-only program written in C# will most likely need MS libraries; only difference being both of these examples may be already installed.

Also, for distributing programs, the user does not want to load and then start the program; once installed they simply double-click the .vxe and it runs like any other program, hence your frustration with the Start button  ;-)

Further more, you still need the I/O Libraries assuming you're communicating with instruments: you won't find a 'native' Java or C# library to talk to GPIB so they need to be installed anyway.

Even better, Agilent provide VEE Pro Runtime royalty free and typically you can use their I/O libraries if you have, say, an Agilent I/O module / card or are talking to Agilent equipment.

Yes, the start buttons are pressed when the program runs.  Use a Device -> Flow -> Confirm (OK) button instead, which will block execution until the user presses the button.
