Yes, you can make use of eth2 or eth3 if it is recognized by Licensing Tools. To confirm this, run the commmand: lmutil lmhostid
 
And if this command prints eth2 or eth3, then you can use it to generate a license.
 
Note: Vivado 2014.1 Licensing is changed to activation based licensing where hostid information is not necessary to generate a license.
