ISE 13.2 settings64.bat没有任何图标可以工作

Alright, so i figured it out, you need the dots in the settings64.bat file since there are .settings64 files in the EDK directory. Im still not sure what the error message is that is being displayed in the cmd window that pops up and disappears immediately, but when right clicking on the shortcut & choosing run as administrator, everything works perfectly. It even fixed my other issue I was having with EDK not being able to find some core files (which i guess makes sense since the environment vairables that were being setup werent setup without this script running correctly).
 
So to all that are out there installing in windows7 64bit if you have issues, just setup the shortcut to run as administrator. Xilinx should mention this in their installation help file for Windows7 users as well.

Hi.
I've had the same problem . It started when I removed the TEMP directory from root of disk C: (I'm "almost" sure, that the TEMP directory was created during the ISE 13.2 install)
There are no system variables pointing to this directory but when you remove it ISE won't run.
