Xilinx ISE Design Suite 11.2无法安装

我在实验室计算机上安装Xilinx 11.2版时遇到问题。

I'm having trouble installing Xilinx version 11.2 on our lab computer. I downloaded the 11.2 ISE Design Suite for a 32-bit Windows system from the Xilinx Design Tools website, and the unzipped folder file I downloaded called "Xilinx_11.2_ISE_DS_nt" is a 4.17 GB folder. Is there a certain directory or executable within this folder that will install Xilinx 11.2?

I tried opening the executable called "xsetup.exe" in this  directory:

"Xilinx_11.2_ISE_DS_ntdirectswhelpise11112_isewureplaceinstaller"

but nothing happens whenever I open the executable; Xilinx 11.2 does not install. I should also mention, Xilinx 10.1 is currently installed on the lab computer; I'm not sure if that would cause problems if we are trying to install Xilinx 11.2 on the same computer.
