  You don't say if you have ever done any instrument programming with LabView, but if not, here's your chance to learn how.

Next, you should consider downloading Command Expert, a free programming assistant, that has LabView examples available. You can get it from here: http://www.keysight.com/en/pd-2036130/command-expert?nid=-32987.992473&cc=US&lc=eng

You should probably check the NI site. I'll bet there are some good examples there, too.

At this point, you should be well on your way.

  I have a little experience with devices in LV. 

Now I can do some operations with my scope.
But I can't find any commands(in programmer guide to) to save data to file from scope direct to PC. There is a possibility to save file from scope to external USB flash drive or to internal memory. 

As for me it's very strange, may be I loose something?

  There are no direct commands for saving data direct from your scope to a PC. The scope has no idea what's on the other side of the LAN or USB that you are using, so it doesn't know how to initiate a "file save" operation.

If the scope was PC-Based, and running Windows, you could use file sharing to save files direct to a remote PC over LAN.

Your LabView program needs to tell the scope to send data, then your program can save that data in any format you want, with any filename that you want.
