DSOX2004A闪烁灯无法开启

My 15 day old oscilloscope suddenly died on me and I note that it either does the blinking lights issues or it just doesn't power up, only the fan is on. I have done some search on similar issues on the net but all I can find is this one but it is a DSOX3024A: DSOX3024 Blinking Lights Is it still true that the weak spot of this unit is still the power supply? I will be returning the unit back to my supplier but I will demand for a replacement. This unit is just 16 days old. My Keysight representative though hasn't got back to me. I found another thread that has the same symptoms as mine, but it is a DSOX2002A. Initialization problem I am located in Malaysia. It is strange that on MyKeysight page it is already set to Malaysia, but on the Forums page it shows United States. I can't change it here. With best regards, Josh
