My personal recommendation would be: - Remove all of the LA SW, from both the LA, and the PC, removing the Demo Center, the License Server, and then the main app. - Make sure that everything that looks related to the LA SW, except any license files, have been removed from the Agilent Technologies and/or Keysight Technologies directories. - Run a registry tool, like CCleaner, just to be sure - Reinstall the LA application and try again.
