我碰到过同样的问题,不知道跟你的原因是否一样!我最后发现NAND-FLASH选型不对:NAND-FLAHS分为ONFI接口(Intel公司标准)和非ONFI接口(三星标准),后来将NAND-FLASH更改为ONFI接口的就可以了!可以尝试一下啊!
